Slow recovery to this date. Able to walk and do light cooking. Took ½ drop of activated MMS before bed. Complained about the taste.

Notably more alert the next morning. Hard to believe from ½ a drop IF that’s what caused the improvement. Definitely detested the taste. Took a full activated drop that evening. Taste even worse but dealt with it.
April 4, 2026
Another slight bounce in alertness. Was able to go to several stores but had to sit down. That evening tried 2 unactivated drops of MMS in water before bed. No taste issue.
