Emotional mood swings refer to rapid or intense changes in emotional state, shifting between feelings such as happiness, irritability, sadness, or anxiety within a short period of time. While occasional mood fluctuations are a normal part of life, frequent or extreme swings may be associated with hormonal changes, stress, sleep disturbances, substance use, or underlying mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Symptoms can include heightened emotional sensitivity, impulsivity, changes in energy levels, and difficulty maintaining stable relationships or daily functioning. Identifying triggers and underlying causes is important for effective management. Treatment may involve counseling, stress-reduction strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and, when appropriate, medical evaluation and medication to help stabilize mood.
MMS use linked to rising blood pressure and blood sugar levels
Although I remain a big supporter/believer in MMS and what it can accomplish in the body,
I am going to go off it for a while (at least.) At only 6 drops once a day, it seems the MMS is
neutralizing blood sugar and blood pressure medication because both are going up.
I have been feeling more pain and other all-over crappy feelings, easily stressed out, with
palpetations at times.
My bp has been inching up steadily with no change in medicine. I have had my blood sugar medicine
changed because the one I was on was causing pitting edema. It seems that the new medicines have
had no effect since I was on the MMS at the time of changing.
Since I feel so bad, I am dropping the MMS and continuing with other good supplements.
Hopefully, this will help.
Just a “heads up” to those on medication.
