Cold symptoms and sinus drainage improve with MMS and dietary changes

Dealing with what a lot of other people have reported- the cold symptoms. Also, my sinuses have drained somewhat (always had problems in that area!).. typical herx’ing, feel better in some areas and a little worse in others. My food is digesting better, getting signs of the nasal passages/sinuses clearing and there are indications I’m on the mend. Been using it for around 10 days now. I’m having a tendency to eat healthier and avoid junk food, sort of a natural desire to eat healthier like the body is craving nutritious food instead of garbage.

Regimen (along with increased green veggies in diet):

MMS 7 drops 1-2x/day

Magnesium Asporotate with meals

Shatavari root powder (ayurvedic herb for Candida symptoms/leaky gut, i’m getting the feeling it works a lot like slippery elm ala the old Cayce remedies) 1/2 hour before meals, 1-2x/day

Pro-M, 2 caps w/ ea. Meal


FYI: Old Protocols


In the early days of MMS, a common protocol involved taking a 15-drop dose 3 times a day.  This has long since been improved in various ways.  Some of the older testimonials will talk about these 15-drop doses. Overall today it is not suggested to take such large doses in one shot, but rather much lower doses and on an hourly basis—which provides a more gentle and steady approach.
