I’ve used it many times and helped me both to feel better (sleep better, have more energy) to heal infections, recurrent cystitis last one since then (1 year) has not recurred. also a tremendous cold, and all types of flu of my nieces (including 2añitos of age). I do not use often, only when I feel I need it. Also has served me well. That’s just my own experience.
