Taking MMS before meal caused nausea and bowel cramp

I had been taking 15 drops of mms after my evening meal, but one time I took it before the evening meal and about an hour later I was extremely nauseated, stayed that way for 24 hours, and had a terrible cramp in my bowels for about 8 hours.
