Temporary arm pressure and blurred vision after daily drops

its only been a week.,im up to 10drops per day.,with no adverse side effects. had some weird pressure in my left arm one nite that lasted about 10minutes, next night same thing in my right arm.,weird., i was sitting at the computer one night my vision got blurry in my left eye lasted about 15seconds then cleared up.,that kinda scared me. other then that,,nothing else.,a little disappointed becasue, im waiting for the nausea and diarrhea to flush out the bad stuff,,maybe that’s coming later.
