Yeast refers to single-celled microscopic fungi, most commonly species of the genus Candida (especially Candida albicans) or Saccharomyces (e.g., baker’s/brewer’s yeast), that can live harmlessly on human skin, in the mouth, gut, vagina, or digestive tract as part of the normal microbiome. In certain conditions—such as antibiotic use (which kills competing bacteria), high sugar levels (e.g., diabetes), hormonal changes (pregnancy, birth control), weakened immunity (HIV, chemotherapy, corticosteroids), moist environments, or poor hygiene—yeast can overgrow and cause infections known as candidiasis or thrush. Common manifestations include oral thrush (white patches in the mouth), vaginal yeast infections (intense itching, thick white discharge, redness), cutaneous candidiasis (red, itchy rashes in skin folds like under breasts, groin, or armpits), or invasive candidiasis (serious bloodstream infection in immunocompromised people). Yeast overgrowth often produces symptoms like itching, burning, soreness, creamy or cottage-cheese-like discharge/patches, and sometimes a yeasty odor, with affected areas appearing red, inflamed, or raw.
Symptom Relief for Yeast Infection
As a woman, yeast infections can be recurring.
So I usually put 15 drops into a douche that you buy at the store, so I empty the bottle and put water and 15 drops and douche a few times a day and I also do the 1000 protocol and drink that, and that usually goes away for a little while and smell so clean down there after.
So MMS is pretty good for yeast in the body and yeast infection, but don’t put too many drops often during the day you can get very irritated down there.

You are supposed to take MMS between meals, waiting at least an hour after eating – because the antioxidants neutralize the MMS. Natural fruit juice does not. I didn’t recall reading anything about protein interacting with it, but that doesn’t mean that isn’t so. Generally I take it mid morning and late at night before going to bed.
…I’ve found sleep patterns are most often disrupted due to toxicity, disease, and overeating. Get rid of the toxins and you will sleep better. Also until I did the MMS I did not fully appreciate how dramatically a chemical imbalance in the body can mess up your emotional and mental state – until I also became much more clear headed, and HAPPY! for the first time in years. I was one of those who was overloaded with yeast, so the mood is related to that.
MMS use associated with reduced symptoms in multiple sclerosis patients
I have used MMS for symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis for almost 2 months. I am getting symptom relief. Has anyone else with Multiple Sclerosis been using MMS protocol? Have you experience any symptom relief?
I can see natural signs that I attribute to less Mercury, pathogens, yeast and mold (old hard sore’s are healing and soft) No longer have digestive problems and breathing is much better. Lymph glands are getting softer and I am losing weight.
