Sinus infection treated with targeted nasal and ear drops

Currently taking more than 3x per day to try and get rid of a suspected bacterial sinusitis infection that has been giving me hell for the last few months. Have also been trying it as ear and nose drops for local application – this actually seems to have a greater impact than the drops taken orally.
