Vaginally thrush

Hi, I have suffered from vaginal thrush since my teenage years. Every year on average about 4 times a year for over 10years would get thrush. I had though maybe I had a candida overgrowth in my body. Last time I got thrush I drank mms in a glass on water twice a day and after a couple of days the symptoms started to clear up. I continue to use this daily at times and at least weekly as maintenance.  Anna
