Increased appetite and reduced nausea at 5 drops after adjustment

when I got to 5 drops I lost my appetite, I continued up to 7 drops over 2 weeks and became very nauseous droped down to 6 and got sick for a day.

droped down to 5 and have stayed on 5 for 3 weeks now in order to regain some weight. slight diarreah.
