User reports increased MMS dosage with no outbreaks, normal bowel movements

…I’m at the stage now where I do not have to eat much before taking MMS. I still eat a piece of fruit or some soup, however, as I simply don’t like the idea of taking anything on a completely empty tummy. The wart was part of the reason I want to continue a wee bit longer and use it topically, but the main reason is that the idea of having an outbreak after being outbreak free for so long is terrifying. I will be taking MMS 3x daily beginning today. I would not have started out taking it this way, but I figure since my body is so used to it now, I may as well open up the can of whoop arse on the herpster while I can, you know? I reckon it’s a fair assessment that I’m pretty healthy right now, as I literally have no side effects and feel great. I’m still farting, but I guess that’s just a part of life, ha! No seriously, I reckon it’s because MMS oxygenates the body, so it’s just air bubbles, hehe.

I will be doing 15 drops 3x daily as is recommended for this level of treatment. I should know by the end of today if I need to go smaller, but my instinct tells me it should be fine. All it really does is keep more MMS in your system for a longer period of time… I actually do feel perfectly healthy now, so I do want to stress that this is really my paranoia making me do this. I’d rather be safe than sorry. The other thing is, at this stage, more aggressive therapy is not a problem because MMS is already integrated into my routine. It may be harder to do this down the road if I ever needed to so I’d rather tackle it now, necessary or not.

…So I used MMS 3x daily yesterday for the first time and experienced no negative side effects. I did feel quite tired though, but that is common when getting used to higher dosages. I also had a busy day yesterday, so that could’ve been the real culprit. I’ve also been applying MMS topically to the usual problem zones down below. It stings a bit, but after about 1 minute, I simply hop in the tub and rinse it off before taking my shower.

…I took my second dose yesterday afternoon and thought I would be fine to not go to the loo before leaving the house since I wouldn’t be out long. Well I did a lot of walking and running errands, and the farting was just out of hand… I’m glad I was on a loud street, lol! Anyway, after a while when it was time to get the train home, I noticed there was something happening, so I was forced to run into the ladies room at Macy’s. …MMS does not make me constipated, it’s actually sped up my metabolism to the point where I actually “go” sometimes twice a day, which is actually good for your system…

—————

…I began to experience side effects at 7 drops… and they were NOT cute!

—————-

…I’m on the highest dosage, but it took me a while to get to this point (15 drops 3x daily). I would urge you to take your time. I’ve not had any outbreaks or symptoms for about 2 months…

————-

…I’ve not been feeling well. It seems the 15 drops 3x daily was a bit too aggressive for me, and I will need to work my way to that. So tomorrow, I will start with 15/5/15 and increase daily. I’ve been tired all day long, my arse has been like a faucet, and the thought of eating made me prefer an enema! Anyway, I’m feeling a bit better now, but it’s time for bedfordshire for me…

…I feel so much better now. 15/15/15 really kicked my behind yesterday, so I’m lowering one of my 3 doses. The interesting thing is this high dose was fine for the first few days, so I’m not really sure what was different other than not taking it with juice. I’m inclined to believe the the delay in reaction was MMS working it’s way through my system. Anyway, doing good now, and will now do 15/5/15…

The small OB while on MMS is normal. When I first started MMS last month, I experienced a tiny pin-sized outbreak my first week, which disappeared in 2 days.

———-

Ok, this is going to sound gross, but I just weighed myself and I’ve lost about 5 pounds from yesterday. I’m happy about the weight, but that is A LOT of gunk out of my system, lol.

———

I finally got my test results back and they showed a high level of antibodies still present in my body. My numbers are HSV1 – +5 and HSV2 – 4.81 to be exact. As you will recall, I have been OB free for over 2 months now and have had no sign of viral presence since the first week of my therapy. We all knew that getting retested so early was risky, so here is my thinking…

My results could mean 1 of 2 things: 1) I need to wait longer to retest so that my antibodies have time to drop in number, or 2) there is still virus present and I need a more aggressive approach. I’m inclined to believe my numbers will drop if I wait, but I, like many of you, would prefer to try a more aggressive approach to be on the safe side. I wish there was a way to test for Viral DNA, but I’ve had no luck in finding an office that will do this via blood test. The positive thing is, at least I now know what my antibody numbers are. There is no way to know if they have dropped, as I did not have this information before.

So the new path is this: 1) I will up my dosages until I reach 18 drops 2x daily for 3 weeks, 2) finally email Jim Humble to verify that Molecula Silver was indeed recommended as there is SO much misinformation out there, and 3) consult a Naturopath like AZ1. Consulting a Naturopath may be overkill, but it would be so lovely to have someone knowledgeable sitting beside me to tell me the things I don’t understand.

I’m so sorry to disappoint some of you. I know quite a few of you were relying on this result to be your guiding light. Unfortunately, testing for antibodies is hit and miss and not very accurate in determining how much virus is in our system. What my test results truly indicate is that I have been exposed to herpes and my body produced antibodies to fight it. They do not indicate what my herpes status is at this moment or how much virus is in my system. So with that said, I probably won’t truly know what’s going on via antibodies test until I wait and allow my body to adjust. So let that be our light.

I can tell you that I continue to feel herpes free, but despite that, I will go with a more aggressive approach. I would hate to stop now only to realise I should have done more. I will post a new test date as soon as I have everything mapped out and let you know as soon as I receive a response to my email. Hopefully, it will shed some light or point me in the right direction.

…I continue to be OB free. It’s been almost 3 months now, and I used to get them once or twice a month. The fact that I have ceased taking MMS and continue to be OB free is quite promising… of course it could be TrueCures, but I won’t complain, as I’m sure we’ll know more and more as time goes on. We just have to be patient. I plan to get retested again down the road, but I would like to give my body more time to adjust.

…I’ve had to make some significant changes to my diet for health reasons, which should last for the next several months, and this diet is not compatible with MMS (not happy about this). To ensure my viral numbers do not climb, I decided to bite the bullet and take an antiviral drug (Acyclovir). I still take MMS about once a week for general health, and will absolutely start up my protocol again once my diet is back to normal. I may test again before doing so to give myself a base number.

My experience with Acyclovir has been interesting to say the least. Initially, it made me feel quite tired. But after about a week of taking it twice daily, I felt fine and it seems to do a great job – who knew. I’ve been able to keep myself OB free and my viral numbers at bay. And I’m not going to lie, it’s wonderful to be able to drink OJ, munch on lemons, stuff my face with peanuts and chocolate, and have super light meals whenever I wish, all with zero OB’s or complications lol. So that is the positive aspect of this therapy…

——————-

…the therapies I have tried are all yesterday’s news… It has only been relatively recent that a protocol tailored to the herpes virus has been introduced and investigated. The protocol I initially followed (and completed) was a general protocol of 15 drops 2x daily. It wasn’t until I finished that protocol after about 3 months that I realized there was a new one.

…I have not stopped taking MMS, fully appreciate all of its benefits, and will resume the new protocol when I’m good, ready, and able.

…herpes is not the only reason individuals take MMS. Secondly, nobody knows enough about herpes to even know what constitutes a “cure”. And lastly, Resolve’s active ingredient is THE SAME active ingredient that MMS creates, only they add dangerous ingredients (including Chlorine and Argenine – to cause OB’s), ruin the protocol, and scam folks out of tons of money for the illusion of being “cured” when in fact they are not.

…yes I believe MMS works.

FYI: Old Protocols

In the early days of MMS, a common protocol involved taking a 15-drop dose 3 times a day.  This has long since been improved in various ways.  Some of the older testimonials will talk about these 15-drop doses. Overall today it is not suggested to take such large doses in one shot, but rather much lower doses and on an hourly basis—which provides a more gentle and steady approach. Full details on how to properly use the various protocols can be found in the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.
