…my skin looks and feels “tighter” after a few days on a basic MMS regimen. Also, people who have aged gums, report that their teeth feel “tighter”. I buy a sodium chlorite-based mouthwash, and we use it in the dog’s ears beside gargling with it, which you’d think would also be a great treatment for initial cold and flu symptoms, but for me, doesn’t seem to do that much.

I also (just fyi) use the sodium chlorite mouthwash product to irrigate my ear canals if I feel like I’m getting sick. This DOES seem to make a difference, although I can’t tell if it’s more effective than plain ‘ol hydrogen peroxide.

I DO take vitamins though, and since CQ-10 (400mg daily) is so expensive, I try to put as much space between my MMS dosing and vitamin dosing as possible. (I don’t want the MMS to work on the vitamins!)

I’ve recently used activated MMS with DMSO topically, to shrink cancerous tumors on our oldest dog, and besides the reduction in size, he has become much more playful and energetic and even went on a long walk with me yesterday. (In case anyone reads this who wants to try it, I’ve used 10 drops MMS activated, then added a few tablespoons of DMSO and smeared it right onto the fur covering the tumors, and let it soak in. Be sure to do this outside on the grass, or someplace where the extremely corrosive MMS mixture won’t destroy a decorative surface.

I had been suffering from an extreme Candidiasis infection throughout my body that was comprimising my immune system and internal organs trying to deal with the toxic release from the Candida. It has completely wiped away my symptoms and I have felt alive after months of suffering. I have found it extremely effective to mix my mms sollution/citric acid into a dropper bottle and fill empty pill casings with the sollution at the three minutes and swallow them down with my 15+75 drop sollution potency. I would drink an entire 12 oz glass of water with this. Aside from a slight burn, I was able to handle the dosage without the severe nausea. I visited this thread close to the beginning when vinegar was used as the activator. Having good results, I feel there is not much need to make the change.

Using 4 drops of MMS with 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar works well for me. Any more of the MMS gives me stomach problems.

I recommend the use of MMS and wish everybody had some. Just remember, one size doesn’t fit all. Take it to tolerance.
