Weight / Obesity refers to excessive accumulation of body fat that presents a health risk, most commonly defined by a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher (overweight is BMI 25–29.9), though BMI has limitations as it doesn’t distinguish fat from muscle or account for fat distribution. Obesity results from a chronic imbalance where calorie intake exceeds expenditure over time, influenced by genetic factors, hormonal imbalances (e.g., insulin resistance, hypothyroidism), certain medications, sedentary lifestyle, poor diet high in processed/calorie-dense foods, sleep disturbances, stress, socioeconomic factors, and sometimes underlying medical conditions like Cushing’s syndrome or polycystic ovary syndrome. It is classified as class 1 (BMI 30–34.9), class 2 (35–39.9), or class 3/severe (≥40), with central (abdominal/visceral) obesity—measured by waist circumference—posing higher risks than peripheral fat distribution. Associated health consequences include increased likelihood of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, stroke, certain cancers (e.g., breast, colon), sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, fatty liver disease, gallbladder issues, infertility, and mental health impacts like depression or low self-esteem.
MMS use led to reduced stomach size and waistline decrease
I had to select number one as best answer. I wanted to experiment with it, prior reading the protocol by Mr. Humble. And having used other unorthodox remedies like Colloidal Silver, Habanero-Garlic-Onion, and Hulda Clark’s Zapper, usually and only on early cold symptoms, MMS sounded ‘heavy’. It is. One change did take place after the unexpected intestinal detox at 6 drops level, and it was the reduction in size of my ‘normal’ stomach size. It was reduced, I started eating less since most likely my clean instestine would digest and absorb nutrients faster, and apparently eventually the length of it got reduced, thereby smalled waistline by 1 inch, and less need for food. All for me, none for the former attached flukes or whatever I had. It’s mentioned in the protocols.
Reduced plantar fasciitis discomfort after weight management
I am a fairly healthy person, other than being about 30 pounds overweight. The improvements I have noticed are for minor annoyances, such as plantar fasciitis.
High dosage led to weight loss
When I was on high dosages leading up to 20 drops a day, I started losing weight, which I needed to do.
Asthma relief achieved after discontinuing cortisone with MMS use
I am now 52 years old. Two years ago I was diagnosed with asthma, which accompanied me until about 2 years. I do not want to dwell on these Krankheits-/Leidensweg. Instead of what has helped me.
MMS I first heard about 3 years ago. I bought the book by Jim Humble
“MMS: The Breakthrough” and studied it about half a year until I found the courage to try it out easily. I did not know anyone who had that experience. But my motivation was that if I continue with cortisone, I’m still sick …. what to do already, you can not manage even be worse. This insight gave me the kick, just to try MMS.
I began thus:
22.12.09 – 6 drops at night
23.12.09 – 9 drops
24.12.09 – 12 drops
25.12.09 – 15 drops (half day dizzy / End-The taking cortisone)
26.12.09 – 15 drops (Dizzy all day)
27.12.09 – 9 drops (ok)
28.12.09 – 6 drops in the morning – 9 drops in the evening
And so on. I’ve gone on 31.12.2009 and then stopped because I had to throw up when I was only thinking about MMS.
After 1-2 weeks of rest I started again, I listened to my body. This time I sat at the much lower dose, increasing ……… it the way I felt it as well.
It was an up and down ……….. take a few days – then pause, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.
Through the use of MMS is my desire for food changed – fewer and healthier / lighter, so my stomach could tolerate much more MMS. Also, I lost weight superfluous.
Since 25/12/2009 I have used no more cortisone and am almost continuously asthma-free – once again I feel slight shortness of breath, I start with MMS again. The last time that taking MMS held about 8 months until today.
I thank God for it, and Jim Humble. I congratulate Jim Humble for his dedication and his courage! Thank you!
