Acne is a common inflammatory skin condition in which hair follicles become blocked by a combination of sebum (oil), dead skin cells, and subsequent inflammatory changes. It is often described as a multifactorial disorder involving follicular occlusion, altered sebum production, inflammation, and interactions with skin microorganisms. Acne most frequently affects areas with relatively higher densities of sebaceous (oil) glands, including the face, chest, back, and shoulders. Hormonal influences are a major contributing factor, particularly during puberty, when androgen levels rise and sebum production often increases. Acne can also occur in childhood and adulthood, with risk and severity shaped by genetics, hormonal fluctuations (including menstrual-related changes), stress, and certain medications such as corticosteroids or some hormonal agents. Skin and hair products may contribute in some individuals, especially if they are oily or otherwise promote follicular blockage.
Acne commonly presents with a mixture of non-inflammatory and inflammatory lesions. Non-inflammatory lesions include comedones, such as blackheads (open comedones) and whiteheads (closed comedones), which arise from plugging of the follicle. Inflammatory lesions may appear as red bumps (papules) or pus-containing spots (pustules), and more severe disease can involve deeper, painful nodules or cyst-like lesions. Symptoms can include tenderness, soreness, and sometimes itchiness, and lesions may recur in patterns that reflect ongoing follicular inflammation. After lesions resolve, some people develop post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, leaving dark marks that fade over time. Scarring can occur in more severe or long-lasting forms, and the visible nature of acne may contribute to psychological distress in some individuals.
Acne has been recognized for centuries, with early medical descriptions of “pimples” and inflammatory eruptions appearing long before modern dermatologic classification. Over time, clinical observation helped distinguish comedonal and inflammatory patterns, and later advances in microbiology and immunology supported the current understanding of acne as involving multiple interacting processes. The term “acne vulgaris” is widely used for the typical form seen in adolescents and adults, though other acneiform eruptions exist. Epidemiologically, acne is extremely common and is often most noticeable during adolescence, while adult acne is also well documented. The condition is frequently chronic or relapsing, with flares that may correlate with hormonal changes, friction, and individual susceptibility. Terminology and diagnostic framing vary across settings, but the core concept of follicular blockage with inflammation remains central to how acne is described in contemporary medicine.

MMS use led to acne improvement in teenager
04.27.09 Gabi K. tells us
Hello,
I hereby would like to also take this opportunity to report an experience with MMS.
From a friend I got the first information about MMS. She told me enthusiastically of THE breakthrough at all.
Infected by her enthusiasm, I informed myself on the Internet via MMS and then took over “accidents” of their website.
I bought the book and ordered to drop everything and when I moved I had to take on more tomorrow. Finally, I had just the new drugs from the doctor and I feel constantly sick anyway, what if I like it even worse is ….. etc.
Was directed book about 2 weeks around in our kitchen. I do not even much of that was my 16 year old son grabbed the book and read it. Plözlich he came to me and asked where I would have ordered the MMS. He had read the book and take it really wanted. I only scolded and asked what he wanted to, he was doing it in good health and in general I just wanted to try, if all goes really well if you take the drops. He was not deterred and began at once with the first mixture.
Quite well I was not there because what if it “happened” something. I must say in my defense, I was a very anxious person has always been that at all, but if yes …… always ……. brings.
Thank God “happened” really something, which has none calculated. After just a few days with 15 drops of MMS in the evening about 1 hour after the meal was a success visible. My son, who had suffered for two years under a very very severe acne on the face and the back and already dozens of tubes of cream, and has even done a drug treatment saw an improvement in the inflamed pimples. After 3 weeks of no new spots were seen more and the “old” were on pale pink to almost healed skin color. After 4 weeks, all pimples were gone. He was not after taking ill and otherwise had no side effects seen.
You can not imagine how his life has positively changed as a result.
I am now and MMS will report in some time from my own experience.
I hope that I could give to this experience, maybe a few “more anxious” the last push to the top of the opening.
All Love
Gabi from K.
Thanks for all of these very visible success in my son’s friends now want some even dare to experiment with MMS
and I have to drop the order asked for them.
MMS use linked to reduced brain fog and improved skin clarity
I’ve been using it for 5 days now, and I’m upto 7 drops. After the first set of drops my brain fog, which I didn’t realise I had, completely disappeared. I can now think straight and remember things. My skin has cleared up (small acne patches since I was 14, I’m now 29). And I feel like a different person.
I would rather live my life as I feel now, than how I was.
Maybe MMS is bad for you, maybe it isn’t, I’m not stupid enough to claim either way. All that I know is, it’s helped me. I’m only going to do it for a week anyway and see how long the affects last.
I don’t care what you say/think/speculate MMS works – END OF STORY!!!!!!
Face cleaning reduced acne occurrences
I have used it to clean my face and it has helped my acne
MMS with apple cider vinegar reduces minor acne symptoms
I finally ordered MMS and tried it starting with 7 drops and used apple cider vinegar to activate it. I covered the glass for three minutes and then added water. Taste was not as bad as I expected from reading about it. I had no adverse reaction, and am not sure but i think it seems to clear minor acne. will keep posted on experiences.
Improved symptoms of candida, acne, and fungal infection
Reduction of candida symptoms, reduction of adrenal fatigue, clearing of acne, clearing of fungal infection, better breath.
Increasing dosage leads to stronger taste, mild side effects, and variable
I did a dose of 1 drop a few hours ago. The scent is strong, I immediately smelt the bleachy scent once it started to activate. I didn’t think it would be so noticable with only one drop… The taste wasnt bad… If for some reason it doens’t beat H I certainly hope it can clear this dandruff and acne for me. I will probably do another drop for another day or two and then start 2 a day and increase every day or other day.
—————
…I started 2 drops this am. For the first three days I did a test drop and on yesterday I did one drop in the am and one in the PM…today I’m @ 2. I’m trying to go slow to avoid problems. I may not make it to 15 drops for another three weeks pending that everythig goes well…
—————
…I did 3 drops today. Guess I will do 4 tomorrow….just depends on what I feel when I rise in the AM…
—————–
I started 5 drops this AM so far I’m ok but I can notice the taste in my juice now. It’s not strong but I can taste the difference.
——————-
I’m just finishing my evening dose. I’m on 6 drops. I need to wake up earlier so that my evening dose is not so late. I’m on Eastern time. So far, I haven’t ran into any effects. I pray that it stays this way.
——————
Started 7 drops this AM and it is getting yuckier with each drop. Thankful I have not experienced any side effects yet. I hope this continues and I hope it works!! Instead of gulping, I tend to drink it over a 30 minute period. I hope this is ok. On the first 5 drops I would just drink it down fast but now it’s better to sip it because of the taste.
—————–
…Started 9 drops this am and I felt a lil cramping a few hours later…the cramping is bearable but I hope it goes away, I also felt a lil nausea, I plan to stay at 9 drops for another day or two….I may also need to eat a lil more this morning I only ate a biscuit with my dose. So tomorrow I will eat a full breakfast and see what happens. I also need another juice…the taste with the apple juice is getting nasty as I ncrease my doses…..
——————–
Did 10 drops today….i’m thinking about 11 4 2morrow…but yes the taste is geting nastier and I’ve noticed the need to eat more had a lil bit of nausea on 9 drops but nothing major so I pushed forward. If I feel good in the AM will step up to 11….
————–
…I was to start 11 drops this AM but I didn’t have time to get it in this AM so I will take an evening dose and then 2 doses of 11 2morrow….I hope I continue to feel well. Lately, I’ve noticed stinky gas….lol and a lil bit of naseau when I was on 9 drops but I think that was because I did not have enough food in my tummy that morning…
———————
…I’m doing ok. I’m taking 12 drops as I type this message. I’m just hoping and praying that all goes well for myself and everyone taking MMS. I’d hate to start having the horrible nausea now that I’m almost near the big 15. I’ve started taking my vitamins again in between doses. I take fish oil and vitamin C and I found some mutli’s that I had so today I will take all three about 4 hours after this does…
—————-
…started 14 drops today and so far all is well, I’m not complaining. I will take my evening dose and if all is well I will up to 15 drops in the AM. So far I’ve experienced, mild nausea, stinky gas, itchiness for a couple days in the “private” area (minor OB) and a few aches and pains but none of the syptoms made me feel uncomfortable. I tend to drink my mix slower…over the alotted 60 minutes or less…could this be why I haven’t had major symptoms???…
————-
I got a late start today and was only able to do one dose at 15 drops this evening. So far, I’m ok. Really no side effects and I hope this continues. I would say I’m a lucky one because I have not really experienced any bad side effects. I had mild nausea, gas, ear pain, a few aches. Today I have noticed a new OB….YUK! Hopefully this will go away soon. I hope this means that MMS is working as well, maybe it’s coming out to fight. but will get defeated..lol…Im lookin forward to completing the 2 possible 3 week therapy. By not having many side effects, I hope this means that I am relativley healthy 🙂
—————–
I stopped MMS after I did about 14 days at 15 drops. I’ve been off for nearly a month and I’m doing fine.
