A few months ago I had a sinus infection for about 6 weeks. I tried 2 rounds of antibiotics, various nasal sprays, and a netty pot. I think the antibiotics made it worse as I believe it was a fungal infection.

After a few hours of taking MMS it started working, cleaning it up.

My 13 yr old son was a witness, so last week when he woke up with symptoms of a cold he took it and within a few hours felt better. He kept taking it throughout the day and it was gone.

Usually it takes him 10 days to get over a cold. He was so happy as summer is here and he has things to do!

We are so relieved to have found MMS. It is so inexpensive and very, very effective.

I used the protocol suggested for sodium chlorite (6 drops a day) to treat throat infection and sinus buildup. It has worked exceptionally well. A friend of mine tried the same thing with the same result, so it has been positive for me.

There is a Yahoo group that discusses MMS and some people on the list have had success with disease elimination and others not. Like any health issue, some results may depend on the user and their nutrition.

In my case, my nutrition is almost always vegetarian and low in refined sugar with no milk products.

However, until MMS, every winter I got strep in my throat as well as sinus infections.

Since taking MMS, these issues have completely disappeared.

Have you even did your own research of MMS? I would say,no but you have many complaints and theories. I have used it with success to cure my sinus infection in 2 days and not 2 weeks with conventional over the counter meds. I have no side effects to complain about. Now there you go a real person that has used MMS for a real issue. Have a great day!

Have been taking MMS1, sometimes with DMSO, MMS2,, and even Aztec Clay for different treatments since 2020, Sinus infections though, I’ve had all my life due to a deviated septum. All it takes is a bit of dry dusty windy days, a full day spent working out in the yard, or a trip to Las Vegas in Winter and my nose starts getting an infection. Back when I didn’t know they were sinus infections, and thought they were the cold or flu, I’d be sick for a month, start getting better, then get sick again and the infection would have lasted two months. Finally I got the hang of it and after being sick for a few weeks I would head to the doctor for some antibiotics. Didn’t want to have to wait so long so just started buying them in Mexico. Little did I know I was doing more harm than good taking those gut destroying drugs. After I started taking MMS, my holistic doctor said to get myself a glass nasal spray and said shoot it a few times 3 times a day, when the infection symptoms show up. So found a nasal spray on Amazon, called a Snoot. The way I take it when infected, 3-4 times a day and I keep spraying and pinch my nose after, until I feel the saltiness in the back of my throat, then spit out as much as I can, then I go again with a few more sprays to each nostril. I’ll also take it orally with DMSO. 5-6 drops of the solution with 9 drops of DMSO. My wife says my breath smells like I woke up hungover from a night of binge drinking. Overnight it kills a mild and still relatively new sinus infection, but I’ll keep up the treatment for at least 3 days. When the sinus infection creeps up on me and gets more severe, the whole healing process with the MMS spray takes about a week to clear, but definitely not a month!

Took MMS for 2 months which got rid of an impossible sinusitis condition that made me feel like I had allergies yet I didn’t test allergic to anything. I had incredible congestion, sinus inflammation causing breathing problems and sleep disturbances FOR 50 YEARS!!. Once or twice I took a bit too much which caused a bit of nausea and diarrhea but I just backed down a bit and no other issues. I’ve had more reactions from eating too many fruit than taking too much MMS. My husband reduced his back pain (he’s had spinal fusion surgery almost 2 decades ago) by about 90% ..he always complained about the pain and never does now.

I live in Orange County S. California and enjoy the active outdoor life style our weather and climate offers so paying attention to my diet, health and fitness as a mature adult male, pays dividends in many ways. I look and feel great. However I have one drawback, I can clear out a room fast by simply removing my sneakers / shoes because I have really bad stinky feet! Trying every kind of foot powder, sprays and deodorants on the market without much success I came to accept them as a fact of life for what they are, smelly feet!

changed everything… Instantly, no more smell in either place… Even the next morning getting out of bed before showering before work, there was still no under arm order, incredible? So I began thinking if it works that well, why not give it a try on my dandruff… The itching stopped within a day and the dry flakes disappeared a few days later. I also began spraying the CDS on my face. It’s not as oily as I’ve become accustomed and now my skin feels clean, refreshed and healthy looking and smooth. Pretty good for an old guy like me. OK so I decided to try some of the other protocols.

Today is March 10th and it has been 4-weeks since I began using MMS,. Here’s an update on my personal experience now that I’m drinking MMS with water during the day.

I began with Jim’s recommended protocol 1,000 by making a 24-OZ water bottle (distilled water) using a 3-drop per 4-oz dosage and I simply took sips as needed spread out during the day. The evening of the second day I felt that tired feeling and slept almost 11-hours. Day 3 I experienced a mild diarrhea flush which was expected but my stools returned to normal the next day. Day 5 however was special. For the first time in many years I woke up being able to breathe through my nose as my sinuses weren’t clogged, nor did I hack up the usual morning’s mucus from my lings either. I believe the MMS was eliminating the effects my allergies were having on them? I finished the rest of the week and decided on day 8 to increase my dosage by 4-drops, per 4-oz dosage to see what would happen again? The pattern of being tired on day 2, and the one day’s runs on day 3 repeated itself only this time since I had already began breathing normally without my clogged sinuses I saw coming out of the shower on day 11 that my stomach area and love handles were a tad smaller… (NOTE: I have a 16.9% body fat index to begin with, so any fat stored there is noticeable) I must be losing a few pounds because my wristwatch and rings fit a little looser as well! I’ve noticed I have more energy and I don’t feel like I’m getting tired or run down late in the day? If this is possible, “I’m also thinking more clearly too”? Oh yeah I almost forgot…I stopped spraying CDS on my feet and armpits to see what would happen and 3-weeks later my feet or armpits “still don’t smell”? How is that possible? I don’t need to know why but everyone here is very grateful l for that one!

Hello, my 11 year old retriever suffers from osteoarthritis. He suddenly could not walk as many steps as before. He gets MMS (instead of water I use vegetable broth from cooked carrots, which I give him seperately in a porcelain bowl next to his food) since January 2012 and we observed “from one day to the next,” that he was able to run back up the stairs easily. I also put dab MMS solution into his ear which has brown deposits and the condition has improved noticeably. Now I give my male cat 1 activated drop weekly in his warm milk for prevention, which he happily drinks.
