Here you’ll find the most recently published testimonials on CDTestimonials.com. This includes both newly submitted entries and older testimonials that had not yet been published from the previous site while it was in limbo.
Many of these updates involve video content. On the previous site, videos had to be downloaded before viewing and did not include searchable transcripts. We are now converting those videos so they can be viewed instantly and searched more easily. Because this process takes time—and we have several hundred videos to complete—content is being released gradually.

MMS causes gagging, headaches, and fatigue in daily use
I have purchased mms and have started using it. I am up to 8 drops 1 x a day. I can’t get past the taste! It is making me gag. I am feeling pretty bad most of the day with a headache and sleep 2-3 hours during the day. Does this sound normal? I feel much worse since starting it, and found I don’t have more energy….I have less…
MMS used with lemon juice reduces liver pain in hepatitis C treatment
My experience for the last year and 4 month.
The 45 drops a day is too much (for me at least) 8 in the morning, and 8 around 5pm works best.
I’m treating hep c; the goal is to kill virus which in this case replicate every 12 hours. This method works for me; I know this because after about 48 hours, liver pain develops w/out mms.
Those who say long term use is not good, could be correct, but its still better than none.
The best way I find to use it, is to mix with lemon juice. I do not have a good experience with citric acid.
I got severe liver pain, and I don’t even want to try that again.
Secondly, the goal is to kill, and then nourish and heal.
So a good protocol is to take it in the morning, and then take anti-oxidants all day.
Take mms in the early evening, then a does of anti-oxidants late.
I take melatonin for sleep, so mms is not good to take near that, or any other medication. -That causes toxicity.
I have no problem taking mms, 1/2 hour after 2 cups of coffee/cream/honey; and it still works well.
I take 400 mcg selenium, e, 1-2,000 mg of c with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (Bobs Red Mill- aluminum free) alpha lipoic acid. -(getting ready to try a new form of ala from life extension foundation, said to be 30 times more absorbable) milk thistle, curcumin. lots of veg juice as part of a good diet.
MMS and DMSO trans-dermal use reduces nausea, causes skin irritation
…I am taking MMS but mixing it with DMSO to use in a trans-dermal preparation. DMSO is a great product in and of itself but it is also excellent as a carrier agent. It takes the MMS directly into the cells. When you use MMS in a trans-dermal preparation you can avoid the nausea and bad taste…you may get diarrhea but I never have. The set back is that it can burn the bejeesus out of your skin so you need to be careful.
I’m taking it for Lyme disease…so far MMS and DMSO has made me feel like a new person…physically and emotionally…
MMS taken with juice improves sleep and mood in yeast-overloaded individual
You are supposed to take MMS between meals, waiting at least an hour after eating – because the antioxidants neutralize the MMS. Natural fruit juice does not. I didn’t recall reading anything about protein interacting with it, but that doesn’t mean that isn’t so. Generally I take it mid morning and late at night before going to bed.
…I’ve found sleep patterns are most often disrupted due to toxicity, disease, and overeating. Get rid of the toxins and you will sleep better. Also until I did the MMS I did not fully appreciate how dramatically a chemical imbalance in the body can mess up your emotional and mental state – until I also became much more clear headed, and HAPPY! for the first time in years. I was one of those who was overloaded with yeast, so the mood is related to that.
MMS detox causes tooth sensitivity due to low body pH; calcium supplementat
…I’ve done quite a few detox routines over the past few years and have found MMS to be one of the most intense and fast regimens. That also means that detox symptoms tend to be more extreme with MMS, so it’s pretty rough to tolerate. If I were very sick but not terminal and had the time, I would start with a liquid raw veggie/fruit diet for a month before doing MMS.
Sensitive teeth, when it is general and not a specific tooth, is due to a low (acid) pH in the body – it can be brought on by eating too much candy (the traditional wisdom) but also any high carb/fat/protein diet, or during a big burn off of toxins. I also get the sore teeth symptom during detox, often in conjunction with acid stomach/acid reflux, twitching or cramping muscles, nervous/jittery feeling, etc. In every case so far, if I take about 2000 mg ea. of D3 and Calcium/Mag/Zinc, the symptoms get alleviated in a short time. If it helps some but not enough, I re-dose in about an hour. If the tooth sensitivity is real bad, then flush the mouth out with 1/2 to 1 t. baking soda in a glass of water, or if the stomach is bad too, drink it. You’ll give a big burp as you get the “vinegar and baking soda” volcano effect in a few minutes, but then all will be well!
If you have ever kept a fish tank, swimming pool or hot tub, you know the importance of keeping the water buffered with calcium compounds, to keep the pH from going on a wild roller coaster. Same thing happens as we detox and the body starts dumping acidic waste into our bloodstream, it’s going to burn up all the nutritionally available calcium, but when that runs out, then the body starts going for the muscles and bones. Not good, that is when you experience those nasty symptoms above.
Good general advice while detoxing with any method, and especially with MMS because it’s so rapid: keep your calcium levels up (and Vitamin D3 to help with absorption especially if you live in the north and it’s winter). Will reduce the nasty symptoms somewhat.
