Doing a 14 drop glass right now. This stuff really works! I used to drink quite a bit of colloidal silver and one of the first effects that I noticed was that my pee was silvery-even the bubbles (ok not a lot silvery, but definitely noticable).

Yes, it has a chlorine smell, but I’m not as psychologically sensative as most and I can deal with it.

So the claims about chelation-I suspect they are right. I’m not a chemist, but what made sense to me was the chemical recombination into silver chloride(?). I’m sure that this would help those with argyria.

It would be nice to know if probiotics are needed after mms treatment. On the whole it seems to be good stuff, but what effects if any would come about long term are still to be discovered. It seems every wonder suppliment or medicine has a potential dark side, the light has yet to be shined into the dark corners of this treatment. Sure seems worth a go at this point though, given its potential for removing heavy metals and subsiquent benefical effects upon the cardiovascular system and body as a whole.

I’ll be on mms for one more week before going to a 5 drop once weekly maintenance dose. I do intend to use kefer as a probiotic/prebiotic and see what restorative effects wheatgrass juice has upon a “clean” system. My only problem was a little bit of sinusitis. To be honest, I am breathing better. I’ll check my bp and pulse rate after this mms loading is complete since a few reports indicated significant improvements. I have noticed that my strength is improving (I do three sets of push ups every other day), my sense of smell is better and ease of breathing has greatly improved. I ride a stationary bike apx. six times per week and it seems a little less effortless although my routine is not one where I go for maximum exertion.

I consider this substance to be better than colloidal silver overall, primarily because an electrical source is not required to produce it and quite honestly it seems more effective and beneficial than even nano partical col. silver. Though I never thought of myself as having any degree of brain fog, there does appear to be minor improvements in cognitive functioning as well-we all have residual traces of mercury, aluminum, lead and neurotoxins from microorganisms. Increased systemic oxigen and nutient uptake weigh positively into the balance as well.

I’ve been experimenting with MMS for some time using myself as a guinea pig. I changed nothing except to introduce and increase MMS in increments and monitor how I felt. It was a strict test.

For a year I’ve been monitoring health and over-all fitness using a wonderful Russian machine. It tests 13 levels of functioning of all the physiological systems. It’s a 6 minute test; 3 minutes supine, 3 standing. It calculates chronotropic reaction, compensation response and Ortho-test ratios. A graph ranges from 1.1 (World class fitness) to 13.7 (Not-so-good). Being involved in alternative health for 30+ years and knowing what I was doing (Diet, exercise, supplements), In 4 tests, spaced months apart and being a very good boy, I could not get out of the 12-13 range.

After less than a week on MMS (6 drops X 2) I thought I’d check and record my blood pressure. BP was low, as usual, but I was stunned to see a resting heart rate of 60! For years my pulse was at 80-85 and I’d have episodes of intermittent racing and irregular HR since I was in my teens* I’m now 75..

A few days later I took the test again and it registered 9.4…well into the healthy range. The operator of the machine fell off his chair claiming I’d gained 20 years of “Robustness.” He’d never seen such improvement. A few days later I had a holistic dentist friend check my mouth. I re-took the test 3 weeks later in another state. I was now up to 15 drops at night. The chart read 8.4 indicating further improvement.

I work out. HR never used to go up much above 100 while exercising and I did not sweat a lot. Sometimes the HR would not not recover smoothly and tachycardia would set in. Now, HR goes to 120-125 and I sweat a lot. HR recovery is smooth and steady.

The problem is, I can’t figure out what’s changed. I’d been through heavy metal detox, years ago with no positive results. I’ve tried many holistic/alternative protocols. Heart worm was suggested…but, I feel my 60+ year problem was electrical and can’t figure out how MMS corrected the problem..

Additional positive observations: Heat tolerance much better. Thyroid and adrenals test better using muscle resistance. 5 drop dose 20 minutes before exercise seems to increase exercise tolerance (To early to tell for sure). All systems seem to be better “Balanced.”

Negatives: Threw up twice. Diarrhea several times…then constipation for a week.

When I was 11-12 I made 25 cents an hour working at a florist. One of my jobs was to place and light fused pesticide bombs in the the middle of greenhouses and run like heck. There were times they went off early…. 40’s pesticides were pretty potent.

For two weeks I’ve been experimenting taking 5-6 drops of MMS before a workout. On several weight involved exercises I was “Stuck” for a year…inability to increase repetitions. I am now able to add 40-50% more Reps.. I’ve done this often enough to determine this effect is “Real”…for me.

June 6 …. an update

The confirmation of the ability of MMS1 came when after getting a 2nd test done after a chelation drip and the strongest chelation meathod avaliable, on recieving my results my doctor called to enquire the name of the substance i had been using other than what he had prescribed. What he did not know was that I only used mms for 3 wks and none of the chelation prescription. My answer was you are holding my results and they read nothing like they should which was correct. Mercury was down from 37mcg/l to 1.75mcg/l and the rest were gone or way down, but it did show 37mcg/l of lead which I now know, thanks to mms 2, was buried deep in my hips, knees and big toe and injurys that have been there for years have gone, with bent knuckles are now straight joints are pain free. I went at it with the veiw that I have nothing to lose. The medical system wasnt helping and it can do no harm. Anything that happens is a reaction to what I am doing. My body knows exactly what it is doing and every ailment, thought process, reactions,behaviour, etc. are all manefestations of your body trying to keep you alive with the fuel thats being put in and if you can imagine the water condition of a 40yr old heating system,that hasn’t been cleaned, how would it function? …l have a wound on my knee that has refused to heal for 2 1/2 months despite many healthstore treatments. A year ago I got my bottle of MMS and started using it at 1/2 a drop and build up gradually to 5 just to fight off so many bugs that are in everyone’s body on the planet nowadays.
