A staph infection is caused by Staphylococcus bacteria, commonly found on the skin or in the nose of healthy individuals. While many strains are harmless, some can cause infections when they enter the body through cuts, abrasions, or medical devices. Staph infections can range from mild skin issues, such as boils, abscesses, or impetigo, to more serious infections affecting the bloodstream, lungs, heart, or bones. Symptoms vary depending on the site of infection and may include redness, swelling, warmth, pain, pus formation, fever, or fatigue. Certain strains, like methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), are resistant to common antibiotics, making infections more difficult to treat and increasing the risk of complications.
Chronic Foot Wounds and Staph Infection Recovery
I’ve had three foot wounds over the last three years, each took about 8 months to completely heal. Were it not for CDS, DMSO, and some supplements (L-lysine and L-Glutamine being the most helpful), I’m convinced that I would have lost my foot.
The first wound was when a small boulder rolled back on my ankle when I was climbing the side of a hill. It hurt so incredibly badly that I had to take strong pain killers every night for 7 months, just to be able to sleep. During treatment, the doctors found that I had peripheral artery disease, and they did the rotor-rooter thing on and artery in each leg. The CDS and DMSO cleared up the infection, and the increased blood flow helped finish up the healing.
The second wound was very strange, as I started getting severe, stabbing, jolts of pain on the top of my foot, just above my middle toe. There was no visible wound at first, then a concave black scab started to form. I suspect that I may have been bitten by a recluse spider, when I put on a boot, barefoot, that had been in my garage for 8 months. Either that, or it was a staph infection. It got really bad, and by the time it looked like a body part out of The Walking Dead show, it did test positive for staph.
I found a protocol on this site, for diabetic foot wounds, and followed that (CDS, diluted, foot bath for 30 min/day, then DMSO, then spray with CDS 3000 undiluted before bed). That got rid of the infection, but healing was still very slow. My wound care specialist recommended a product called Juven, a drink powder to help with wound healing. I took that twice a day, and The Walking Dead foot completely healed. The primary active ingredients in Juven are L-Lysine and L-Glutamine, 7 grams of each.
Then I got a wound on the back of my foot, above the heal, where my 12 year old Keen sandals were rubbing. The padding had worn off, so there was just some rough stitching left. It started off like just a small blister, but would not heal. It gradually got worse and worse, until the wound was the size of a quarter, and 3mm deep. It also tested positive for staph.
I kept doing the CDS/DMSO protocol, got rid of the infection, but the wound was not closing up. Then I remembered about Juven, but didn’t want to pay almost $80 for 30 packets of the powder mix, so I just bough a bulk tub of L-Glutamine, and I already had several bottles of L-Lysine, so I started taking that, and the wound healed up pretty quickly.
Just wanted to share what worked for me, and express my thanks to whoever wrote up that quick foot wound protocol that I followed.
I would have posted before and after pictures, but I did not see a way to upload them.
Staph, Gum Disease, and Herpes Symptoms Improve After MMS Use
I started taking MMS because I felt really bad with what I though was some sort of infection in my lower abdomen and I couldn’t get a straight answer or fast enough attention from my doctor. The doctor story is ridiculous, but another time…
A friend had sent me a cryptic email mentioning that MMS, which had been recommended by her naturopathic doctor, actually worked. I looked it up, it seemed too good to be true, but I got a bottle anyway and forgot all about it… MMS scared me.
When I got in trouble with the infection and the doctors where doing their usual “I’m-too-busy-to-see-you-too-bad-you-are-sick-can-you-come-back-in-fifteen days-for-some-tests” routine… I reached for the bottle of MMS.
I started with the regular protocol and reached six drops in a couple of days (his was maybe too fast, but I had a pressing issue, my infection. A post about my experiences with dosages is here.)
The awful pressure in my belly, of whatever infection I had, went away almost immediately when I started taking MMS, but after the first days of taking it, I was weak and fatigued so I reduced the dose to two drops a day for a few months. This was a suggestion of a naturopathic doctor (who uses MMS to clean out of heavy metals along with other methods.) For me, MMS worked in small doses as well, albeit slowly.
I progressively started feeling better and better. I was only taking the two or three drops at night, colloidal silver three times a day, and black cumin seed oil. Nothing else.
Then I got what the ex-army doctor at the regional clinic said was a nasty looking staph infection on my face (chin.) To me it seemed my body was just expelling toxins. The doctor was alarmed, wanted to inject me with antibiotics and put me under two more antibiotics at home and have me go next day for check up. This told me he wasn’t confident at all that the antibiotics would work on the staph infection. When I inquired he defensively said that infections were becoming resistant these days.
He even mentioned hospitalization.
He saw in my report that I was taking colloidal silver, MMS, and black cumin seed oil and became irritated, he said that this was no time to mess around that this was serious, and all the usual scare tactics.
This kind of doctor makes me lose my temper, usually, but this time I just requested that he didn’t use the injected antibiotics because I was “afraid or needles” (yeah right, but that went smoothly with him!) and that I’d purchase the prescriptions.
I went home, I did purchase the prescription antibiotics, but I never took them. I soaked my chin in a 10 drop MMS solution (plus 50 citric acid drops, wait three minutes, add water) instead and increased my intake dose to 10 drops.
In only two days my infection produced a “head” and in 4 days it was, undoubtedly, on its way out. In 6 days it was practically gone. Just a little red area remained. For the dreaded staph infection, not bad huh? The skin took a while to be completely normal but it did in the end.
This was no mild infection. I tried hard not to hear about the chunks cut off my neighbor’s shoulder, and the months of antibiotics, and all the other horror stories… Once I upped the MMS dose to 10 drops the staph infection was history and it took me only two days to be sure of that.
I’m still thinking about going back there and have a little discussion with the doctors especially if they are having problems eradicating these kind of infections… but will they listen?
Many months later, I’m still taking MMS, on and off, but still detoxing! I haven’t quite reached the 15 drop level but I’m fine with no nausea at the 10-12 drop… I’m in no hurry. I have more energy that I’ve had in years and I’m elated to have found MMS. I had given in to the idea that loss of energy was to be expected with aging and I realize now that that’s a myth. If you stay away from dead food and get help in fighting pathogens and parasites, you are full of energy! With the macrobiotic diet and MMS I feel very much empowered! People ask me and my husband what are we doing (he lost 22 lbs in three months without even trying, I lost about 13 lbs and we are both pretty close to the weight we had in our 20’s and 30’s.) We tell them, some of our friends are not a little skeptical about MMS, of course. And they think the diet is hard to mantain, but it hasn’t been. I feel confident that they have now tools within their reach. I hope they’ll use if/when they are ready. If they are in serious trouble and it comes from a microbe, a virus, or a parasite, MMS will work. I have zero doubts about that. The diet is just life giving. I now need to eat live foods! I’m not even attracted to the other stuff. It’s only hard for a couple or three months, after is just unthinkable to go back to the other food.
As of other “side effects” I dropped thirteen pounds, as I mentioned, I have no arthritic pain whatsoever, I stopped smoking, MMS made me feel super aware of the toxins I was inhaling, I enlisted the help of this book, The Easy Way to Stop Smoking, by Allen Carr; I’ve also stopped eating meat, gluten and dairy… My gums are miraculously healed, I never did need the surgery the doctor was anticipating, they actually have grown back down (meaning there’s bone growth???) I know it sounds crazy, but that the pockets in my teeth are pretty much gone is very well documented. It’s really fun to go to the dentist now and see them scratch their heads…
Herpes? Never even breaks out! I followed the skin protocol by Jim Humble and take MMS internally (at 10 drop level now.) I think it’ll be gone forever when I reach the darned 15 drops… I’ll report back.
As an aside, I’ve been in touch with Jim Humble via email. The guy exists, he’s for real and we OWE him BIG. I’ve read his book and pretty much everything else online. Here’s a good link for other people’s experiences with MMS.
Jim Humble’s own site is the best place to get all the information you need.
I was scared of MMS and incredulous too, of course. Buy once your staph infection goes away in five days or so, you don’t doubt it much after that.
Couple Reports Recovery From Lyme-Related Illness After Three Months of MMS
My husband contracted Lyme from a tick in southeastern Idaho spring 2015. In the first three months, his vital signs were fluctuating and he had horrible, painful, papular skin rashes which would break and bleed.
We went from MD to MD. You know the story: they told us to go to a dermatologist. Lyme travels in “packs” with other “friends,” such as bartonella, mycoplasma, ehrlichiosis, etc., and invites in new friends and even parasites.
When my husband developed staph and was oozing ounces of yellow serum from his head, I forced him back to an MD, and the MD told us to change our laundry soap.
Eight months post bite, when the last infectious disease specialist told him over his encrusted, split, bleeding legs that he was fat, lazy, and probably just wanted to collect a disability check, he left her office, slumped in his truck, and said a prayer. Within an hour he had found a naturopath who agreed to see him that night. She sent him home with herbal tinctures.
The Herxheimer for both of us was bad. (I was infected via sexual contact with my husband after about two months of him becoming seriously ill—I didn’t know Lyme can be easily sexually spread and spread to fetuses in the womb.) Beginning those tinctures cemented my belief that herbs could work.
That allowed me to open my mind to other things we found combing the internet. This is how we found Jim Humble.
As we had actually visited India and become ill only two weeks before my husband was bitten by a tick, I wondered if he had something like Dengue Fever from India. We were both seriously ill in India and after returning home for six weeks, but then my husband was bitten and continued being very ill.
The MMS is what first stopped the serious rashes. We both took it internally for about three months. It worked so well that I think we stopped it only due to the taste. I have since read others take it in juice.
My husband would ask me to bathe his rash-ridden body in a glass of MMS wherein I’d used about 25–30 drops of MMS and then filled the 6 oz glass with water. I also often added 1 T. DMSO to allow the MMS to penetrate through his skin layers to kill the nasty bartonella, which loves to reside in the skin layers.
Anyone you see with permanent little “knobs” all over their face most likely has bartonella. Bartonella suppresses Lyme and then becomes the major offender. It can ultimately ruin the heart valves.
My husband could feel the MMS working immediately on his skin. It was the only thing which stopped the painful, to-the-bone itching he suffered day after day until we tried MMS on his skin.
Thank you, Jim Humble, for being a humble warrior. May God bless you.
We must tell everyone about MMS and stop the FDA rules from allowing our loved ones to suffer and die.
My husband almost died at the hands of MDs who actually refused treatment. I quoted to the doctor in front of my husband whose vital signs were fluctuating: “The Merck Medical Manual states that if a patient has recently returned from a tropical or third-world country and has fever, rashes, breathing issues, bloodshot eyes, etc., do not wait to detect the exact pathogen but begin treatment immediately with broad-spectrum antibiotic and anti-parasitic.”
This doctor refused. He was dead-set on finding the exact pathogen whilst my sweet husband was delirious and almost stopped breathing some nights.
Only herbs, MMS, and regular supplements like calcium/magnesium and Co-Q-10 helped. The MDs took lots of money and some even refused to test him for Lyme.
My husband thinks he is recovered now, nine months later. MMS works. Thank you, Jim Humble!

Typhoid Fever, MRSA Staph Infection, Cellulitis
Transcript:
We’re here in Ecuador and this is my friend Fox and Fox has some great stories about typhoid fever and cellulitis.
So we did it a couple of different ways, sometimes it’s hard to stick to the protocol or for whatever reasons we do it a little bit differently but it still often works and so the first time you got typhoid fever.
The first time they put me on antibiotics so I took the antibiotics and I took the CDS with it and it came back but I was also taking this supplement that turned out had some absorbic acid in it. That’s absorbic acid.
And then it returned maybe about three weeks later. But you felt really good for a while and we thought we’d gotten rid of it. Yeah and it was a slower heal, didn’t go up.
The second time when I had the typhoid I went with the MMS and I was taking big doses, starting with the protocol, stick with the protocol. We get big doses kind of like a malaria protocol, you know. They’re 18 at night. 18 drops at night. And then just pass out on it and that got better almost immediately. I noticed some days.
And you were tested and so you knew that you had it before and you knew it was completely gone. Yeah, no no the first time it wasn’t completely gone. I still had it in the system and then it resurfaced. And that was the typhoid, right? Yes, that was the typhoid so I battled that. That was two times. But after the second time you tested, right? Oh yeah, now when I went back to blood test after it all cleared. Yeah, all cleared.
And then the…
Then you call up again and say, I have?
Well what I had is I woke up, I had a bug bite, a symbol and I thought it was, you know, I mean when Lee thought it might have been a recluse or something. I was plastering and it got infected. My whole arm blew up. I was an emergency hemicellulitis.
And that’s when I came to see you. It was a thing from you know, prescribed me more antibiotics. And that’s a staff infection. It is a staff infection. And then, but it spread. I mean it started off cellulitis but I had staff. I had to cut my nails, sleep with gloves on, with a scratch.
Wow.
I did the protocol. So now we’re talking, we did the protocol 1000 with the three drops every hour. And I stepped to it. I, I, I stood because this was as cool. Yeah, the staff infection was on my side. I stepped in the protocol and I found, I don’t remember for how long. You might remember because I, I sent you messages. Talked about three weeks, but yeah, I did. It’s been a while so, but. I’m thinking I did a harsh two weeks and then zeroed off. And then got retested. No staff.
Okay. Of course staff. That’s great.
So I had a good experience. You’re telling the world now. So that’s great. So if you had advice to people about MMS, what would you say?
It, you know, it’s, um, I had success with it. You know, I, I was skeptical, you know, and I did because the first time I was too afraid, I would, I had, I took the antibiotics when I got diagnosed with typhoid. It didn’t work. You know.
Great. Appreciate you.
Of course it’s a good, it’s, it’s, you know, for the people that think, okay, the the antibiotics are the stronger, sureer way to go. And then if that doesn’t, you know, then MMS is a, is a weaker way to go. That’s, that’s what I, I actually believe that the MMS is the stronger and sureer way to go because it works on every kind of bacteria, every kind of. It doesn’t ruin your flora. It doesn’t ruin your flora. It works by oxidizing the pathogens. They can’t develop a resistance to it and, and most antibiotics work on, you know, maybe three bacteria or five different viruses and, you know, and they become resistant to itself. MMS is a safe, natural, effective way to go.
Yeah.
Deathly Staph Infection from Hot Tub Cured!
In 2022 I got a horribly severe staph infection from a bacteria-riddled hot tub. It smelled bad and had pink foam floating on the top.
I had just shaved my armpits with a fresh razor and all of it entered my body through the tons of micro cuts under my arms.
I began to feel ill the next day and my lymph nodes under my armpits were swollen. My armpits smelled like the bacteria in the hot tub for days.
I began running a high fever and had rashes and huge lumps begin to appear all over my body.
I didn’t really understand what had happened at this point so I went about my life. I became more and more sick and then found on the internet that I had a staph infection from a dirty hot tub.
I began to have early signs of meningitis, meaning the staph was spreading to my brain.
I remembered my MMS and decided to start dosing. I was so sick.
In 3 days I was like new with a little bit of skin stuff left over.
My mom was out of town and when she returned she made me go get checked out by a doctor and the doctor couldn’t believe I beat that gnarly of an infection without antibiotics.
I had a recurring staph infection several years ago
I had a recurring staph infection several years ago and I could feel my strength diminishing with every bout I would come down with.
I had done 3 rounds of Cefalexin antibiotics and another one, Cipro I think. I knew this couldn’t go on much longer without creating a resistant strain of staph so I began to read everything I could on staphylococcus infections.
I learned that antibiotics do not eradicate the pathogen. They cause it to mutate into what is called a wall deficient L-form staph and in that state the immune system does not attack it. It is also neutral in this state, meaning it doesn’t attack its host in this form. It then creates a biofilm and waits until the immune system is compromised again and returns as infectious staph.
This was eye opening, knowing that antibiotics do not eradicate the staph and this is why it was recurring in me.
Did some more digging and came across Jim Humble and MMS/CDS. It’s mechanism sounded completely logical and made good sense so I went on the protocol.
I haven’t had a recurring or occurring staph or any kind of infection since and that was 5 years ago! The stuff works!
MMS Used for Urinary, Skin, and Respiratory Issues
Original Testimonial:
Lolaika, I will cure an infection that I resorted for 25 years (urinary tract,) I have not had any more (three years) and I also cure a staph infection on the chin type. I take the pain of arthritis. I have cured throat infections. I cured a friend of athlete’s foot. When you stop smoking take MMS and coughed, I clean the lungs a lot. I heal the mouth that I was going to operate in the gums and I had to operate. I use it every day to clean the mouth (a solution of 6-10 drops in a glass full of water.) Deodorize rooms with MMS and heal the mold in the air and walls. And grab me think of more things, and …

Cellulitis Gone and Pain Relief Reported
I had cellulitis that is a staph infection and it kept coming back. The doctor told me I was not keeping the area clean. I need to bathe more often when I hadn’t changed up how I bathed.
Since I have been taking MMS it is all gone. Plus my blood pressure I was having to take every day I am now down to taking it every 2 or 3 days instead of every day.
I have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis and my back hurts all the time and I can’t take anything but Advil because I end up in the emergency room if I take Vicodin, codeine, etc.
Since I have been taking MMS that pain is gone. MMS does work!
They want you to think it doesn’t so the AMA can sell you their drugs. I call them the American Murder Association! God Bless and try it and do what it says! What do you have to lose????
