I found this product very useful for several things. I took it on and off for over a year following the directions which warn you of nausea and instruct you to reduce the dosage to prevent this problem. So I had no vomiting, dehydration, or low blood pressure, so no life threatening conditions. It did heal sores in the mouth overnight, nip sore throats and colds and respirator infections in the bud if taken in the onset. Topically it removed a mole on my eye lid and removed 2 warts, on my hand and toe. This is like outlawing beer because someone drank too much and passed out… leading to all kinds of life threatening possibilities… especially behind the wheel.

I used MMS at 15 drops twice a day for 2 weeks. I did not experience any vomiting. I did experience slight gagging when I smelled the mixture but I masked it with peach juice. I did have some slight stomach cramps one of the days and experienced a massive explosion of diarrhea.

In small doses like I was taking, sodium chlorite kills bad bacteria of a certain PH level, parasites, and germs internally. What I experienced with the diarrhea was a mass die off of the bad bacteria and nasty stuff in my digestive system and body.

I did not experience any dehydration, vomiting, or nausea. I did however get rid of 5 warts I had on my hands. I did not do anything topically, only the internal mixture. I was shocked that they disappeared without any topical treatments like freezing or burning. My brother also had about a dozen warts go away on his hands as well.

I think the FDA is nervous that if people start curing their illnesses and diseases, they will lose a huge amount of money.

I took accutane for about 6 months and look at the side effects:

Weak skin, Alopecia, depression, suicidal tendencies, birth defects, miscarriages, back pain, joint pain, dry mucus membranes, pink eye, dryness of the eye, vision problems, ringing in the ear, psychosis, liver damage, anaphylaxis, erectile dysfunction, aggressive behavior, bone loss, heart attack, stroke, seizures, lowered white blood cell count, inflammatory bowel disease, and allergic vasculitis.

Thanks FDA, but I’ll do the research and take my own chances on something you’re not making money off of.

i started at 6 drops 2X/day and worked up to 15. Had quite a bit of nausea and stomach cramps and diarrhea at the higher dosage levels.

My primary health issue is an abscess that has been bothering me off and on for over a year. I have noticed a marked decrease in sensitivity after a day or two and lessening discharge. There is poor blood circulation to the tissues in the tooth root areas so I have been supplementing with swishing the solution in the gum area before swallowing.

I would say a definite improvement-80% and will continue till eliminated.

MMS….. started out at 2 drops.. immed went to 4.. then 8.. always loose stool when adding drops.. week 2 .. 12 drops .. 15 drops..oh yea.. i was taking these doses 2 to 5 times per day.. anywhere from 3-6 hrs apart.. sometimes in the morning after my first dose i would feel the best but by afternoon always dragging bad. been feeling pretty wired almost high at times but rarely a good feeling.. alot of anxiety. in between doses i take vit c, mag cal etc. i’m at 17 drops right now and nothing different.. same symptoms since day one.. everytime i go up in drops i have a loose bowel for a little while but not untolerable.. no cramps. the last 2-3 days been having a near constant headache. only once have i felt a little nausea and i had for got to eat something before taking… i usually eat something and take the mms about 1-2 hrs later.. since i haven’t reached any of my goals so far so i’m going to continue up to my max dose which will be 20-21 drops and stay there until i do. i have noticed at times that my urine will smell really strong. also noticed sometimes my bm has a green tint to it..( is it working on my liver?? )

Using the equivalent of about 4 drops of MMS in a liter of water, drinking 4–5 of these per day over a four-year period, I can testify that my red blood health shot through the roof.

Go slow, experiment, but you will find that many people have gone from sick to healthy using a sodium chlorite solution.

And then of course there is the testimony of John Humble, who says that he has personally cured many thousands of various illnesses.

The stuff in question is ‘MMS’ or ‘Miracle Mineral Supplement’ which is a 28% solution of Sodium Chlorite, which is activated by interaction with acetic acid or citric acid, then is ingested and becomes Chlorine Dioxide in the body.

This stuff is ENORMOUSLY powerful and unfortunately, can be DANGEROUS by virtue of the fact that it can strip arterial plaque out so fast that it doesn’t allow any time for healing of those arteries.

How do I know? Because I’ve done it, and am having heart trouble right now because of it. This is not a negative post. Before launching into this, do not do so without getting and reading the second book, where the author does warn about this very thing. I didn’t understand. Now I do.

Before doing this, if you have the slightest notion that you may have any heart troubles, or even if you’re older than 30, build yourself up first with a full range of L-Ascorbic Acid and natural Vitamin C containing products like Acerola Powder, and/or eat a lot of citrus fruit if you can handle it, for at least 2 weeks previous to taking MMS.

Also load yourself with potassium and magnesium first.

Once you start MMS, it *may* destroy Vitamin C in your system, so it may be best to take MMS only once a day, and take the C products on the other 12 hour side. C in the morning, MMS at night.

MMS can induce the most extreme of Herxheimer reactions. I have bought activated charcoal and have Bentonite Clay on hand to deal with the Herx when I have my next run at MMS, which won’t be for another week at least, maybe longer.

Now to the specifics of how MMS can ’cause’ heart trouble:

The arteries of the heart, the ones that deliver blood from the heart to the heart, those arteries collapse with every heartbeat. Without enough vitamin C and collagen*, they weaken at the stress points. The body packs cholesterol onto these weak places. The cholesterol becomes pathogen infested and turns into plaque. Chlorine Dioxide attacks and strips this plaque, exposing the weakened arterial wall beneath. Then you have problems. All of this is in book two, but perhaps not warned about harshly enough.

(*I have just started taking ‘Super Collagen’ by Neocell, and it also seems to help my heart.)

In just a very few days, MMS exposed and killed a large infection in my right sinuses. I knew I had it but I had no idea how truly bad it was until the MMS went after it.

I started taking the one drop Wednesday. The instructions say to drink the mix within the hour. Since there is an hour to drink it, I sip until it’s gone. Up to 3 drops today, in 3 oz. of water. With no adverse affects, it makes you want to take it twice a day, but that might be pushing it.

I am the one who thought a boil on the bottom was surfacing when it was not! After treating for boil for 2 weeks, I went to a holistic doctor. Made a couple of visits. I am apprehensive about using black salve because of where the growth is located. The process of using the black salve further up in order to draw it out roots and all would be very painful.

It seems reasonable to me that MMS will go through the bloodstream and attack the thing at the root while I attack from the surface with Tetrasil. Already the thing is softening. Should be competely gone in a month or two. 🙂

A progress report:

Day 9 on MMS finds the tumor so soft to the touch that I can barely feel it when applying Tetrasil topically to it and the surrounding tissues. I felt lousy all day Tuesday, so left off the MMS thinking that the dead cells floating around in my bloodstream made me toxic. I had a bout of diarrhea that was handled nicely with Immodium. Got back on schedule, but went back to 4 drops yesterday. After reading the posts here, I might have been further down the road had I taken 4 drops 2Xday. Will begin that today. I was waiting until the hard copy book comes. This is the ONLY way to go as far as I’m concerned.

I am extremely grateful to the OP for starting this thread. It probably saved my life.

Just discovered this site this afternoon. Was not surprised to read all the sceptics’ comments…:) Thought I’d contribute some anecdotal evidence (but only for those who are open to it! Sceptics need not read any further…)

My father-in-law was recommended this product by his naturpath. He was diagnosed with Sjogren’s disease about a year ago and had all the debilitating symptoms: dry eyes (needed drops every few hours), dry mouth (needed to drink water with meals/food), and much lower energy level. Since taking MMS for the last month and a half, he has had an amazing recovery: no longer needs eye drops at all, sleeps like a baby at night, and has no dry mouth at all. As well, he has resumed his passion, tennis (at 71 years of age!)

He is taking approximately 20 drops a day, but started out slowly with only 2-4 drops a day. He did experience some nausea at the onset, but as toxins left his system, those symptoms also left and he feels better than he has in years.

My husband and I have been taking it as well for the last few weeks, and again, there have been some great developments – my husband’s chronic eye problems (redness, itchiness) have all but disappeared, and he is sleeping more restfully. He, also, experienced some mild nausea and diahrea at the onset.

Read the literature, both Books 1 and 2, then try it for yourselves. Chances are, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

…An interesting thing to add, is that I was very healthy before I started taking the drops, no issues to address, and have done a herbal detox, twice a year, for the last two years. My mother died of colon cancer, so my health awareness is certainly there. Anyhow, other than grimacing at the taste when I got up to the 15 drop dose, I have noticed no difference in anything, from BM’s to tiredness, etc. My husband’s eyes don’t bother him at all anymore, and he’s still sleeping very well.

The protocol is to initially stay at 15 drops, twice a day, for 2 weeks (if you are feeling well), then back down to 4 or 6 drops a day as a maintenance. I will stay with “the program” to see if any subtle changes are yet to occur — they say that can happen later…

I have not undergone any “side effects” at all, per se, but aside from his eyes clearing up and sleeping better, my husband has noticed other subtle improvements: hardly any plaque buildup on his teeth overnight (sometimes a problem), more regular bowel movements, and clearing up of his sinuses.

We are both still sleeping very well, let you know if there are any other changes. My husband did have mild diahrrea for 2-3 weeks when he hit the 15 drop level, but that has finally ended, with no difference at all in his BM’s.

…recent results/observations: I have not really seen any changes in my health, other than my “monthly” seemed to be a little easier (I am pre-menopausal and am curious to see how MMS will help with that end…). My husband has noticed that when he takes his 15 drops after playing pickup hockey, he does get nauseous for 10-15 minutes, but then it passes. He usually takes 15 drops after supper, and another 15 about 5 hours later. This is the second week he has noticed that reaction and is wondering if his increased metabolism is somehow increasing the efficacy of the MMS in his system. I’m going to try it after a workout, to see if I get a similar reaction.

{10/20/07: In response to a question by another poster as to why she was taking MMS}

The first person in our family to start with MMS was my father-in-law. He had been diagnosed with Sjogren’s disease (auto-immune disorder) and suffered from dry mouth, eyes, tiredness, plus he knew he was carrying around viruses in his sinuses, etc. When he had such amazing results, my husband decided to try it because he had been sleeping restlessly and often had red, irritated eyes – some sort of bug going around. His sleep improved instantly and his eyes have cleared up completely. I took it because I have always been proactive with my health since I lost my mom to colon cancer, and had read that many subtle improvements (ie. blood pressure) could come about. I truly believe that it does no harm to healthy people and will continue to take a 6 drop dose a few times a week to clear up any “background” problems. Exercising when you’re already in good shape is the same mindset – you don’t wait to start dealing with symptoms and problems as they appear, you look after yourself every day 🙂

A friend of ours has just started taking MMS – he has had a terrible cold for over a month and suffers from allergies year-round. He got up to 4 drops of MMS, and had a reaction similar to “the Exorcist”, with purging at both ends…He backed off and will wait a few days to start again. I will follow and chart his progress, especially with his allergies.

{10/20/07: Continued responses to questions}

My father-in-law was diagnosed several months after he started noticing typical symptoms, so it was about a year and a half after the onset that he started to try MMS.

His symptoms were dry mouth (so bad that he could not eat anything without “washing” it down with water), his eyes were very “dry” (he had to use artificial tears 6-10 times a day, his taste glands didn’t work the way they used to. We teased him about being German and giving up beer, but he just couldn’t stomach it any more. His sleep has always been restless, since the twenty-odd years I have known him.

He was reluctant, at first, to get too excited about the results he was seeing, in case they were short-lived, but after 2 months, he says he feels 80% better. He does not have to use any eye drops, he sleeps like a baby, and I am very happy to say, he drinks beer with the rest of us again! When he went to see the doctor who originally diagnosed him with his Sjogren’s a few weeks ago, he was asked how he felt. He replied 60% better than before. The doctor asked, “Why?” He said that he was “trying out something on his own”. He wasn’t sure how news of the MMS would be received. The doctor never even questioned him, or asked what he did to achieve such a great turnaround. I mean, she just shrugged it off. Unbelievable!!!

He has decades of issues that he is still working on (sinus infections and candida over the years), and is prepared to continue with the MMS long-term, until he can take the 15 drop dose twice a day, without any woozy feelings. He realizes things that took years to take hold of his system will not disappear overnight.

As for suggesting MMS to your Sjogren’s friends, I would say encourage them to give it a try. Detractors of the product (such a the previous posts) have obviously not done their research, or even read the chemical explanation of how this product works. I wonder how many people will not give it a chance because of lack of understanding, but would rather play Russian roulette with prescribed medication…which only works at reducing symptoms, and does not, for the most part, work at eliminating the problems. This product does not boast of curing anything. Rather, it’s two-pronged approach is to i) strengthen your immune system and ii)eliminate any pathogens in your body, WHILE LEAVING HEALTHY CELLS ALONE. The chemical reaction of the acetic acid and sodium chlorite is complete within 4 hours, and if it hasn’t interacted with any “bad” cells in your systems, converts to a miniscule amount of table salt. Hopefully, those who could really benefit from this “miracle” mineral will give it a try. Thousands of people have walked away from sickbeds in Africa, and many more in other countries. Doctors are actually expressing an interest in it – how can they ignore it?

I just want to stress again, that this IS NOT BLEACH!! It is not chlorine. The chemical reaction of Sodium Chlorite and the acetic acid (or citric acid, which is what we use) produces Chlorine Dioxide, and at a drastically smaller fraction than what is used for cleaning and disinfecting. The MMS solution has a 28% dilution of sodium chlorite, and the proportion of drops to acid have been calculated to give a precise, predictable reaction rate, which, as I said earlier, is complete within 4 hours of it’s start. This is why you have to count your drops and mix it properly…I have been taking it for over a month, at the “full dose” rate, and have not had any side effects, either from pathogens leaving my system, or from any effects of the MMS either.

I have been doing the MMS protocol for 3 weeks now @ 6 drops 2x daily, 7 drops made me puke and shit like mad. I still feel like I am cleansing at 6 drops, but not too much.

I have had just had my monthly cycle w/out a break out in over one year! This is amazing for me- and I have to say, i think that MMS is doing something positive here. BTW:It is not bleach.

I am very petite in size, so, I doubt I will have go up to 15 drops- Maybe 10. I do not see why keeping oneself at a comfortable cleansing level for a longer period will not work!

I have given up all caffeine ( except a wee bit of high quality chocolate, I know- I just pop a lysine to balance the arginine levels- I mean damm if i cant have sex… give me chocolate!)

I eat very good, lots of veggies. some fruit and really try keep my blood sugar balanced- because that is so important in immune function.

I also do medicinal mushrooms and chlorella daily.

I have used DMSO 99% diluted w/ aloe and 2 drops activated MMS on lesions- helps a lot- I can see how you could easily burn yoirslf. B careful.

they sell DMSO gel at 60-80% that should work better. Keep the faith ya all!
